About Olsen Hotel Condo

The Olsen Hotel Condo Association is overseen by a dedicated three‑member Board of Directors, elected by the unit owners to ensure the smooth and responsible operation of the community. The Board works diligently to maintain the building’s standards, protect property values, and create a safe, welcoming environment for all residents and guests.

 

As part of its responsibilities, the Association manages the upkeep of common areas, building maintenance, financial oversight, and enforcement of the governing documents. The Board also ensures full compliance with all Florida DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation) requirements, including the proper maintenance of official records, financial transparency, and the availability of essential documents for owner access.
